嗜黏蛋白阿克曼氏菌代养、敲除与突变体文库

嗜黏蛋白阿克曼氏菌（Akkermansia muciniphila）是目前唯一一种在肠道中发现的疣微菌门菌种，为革兰氏阴性、不产芽孢、无鞭毛、严格厌氧菌，最适生长温度 37℃，最适 pH 6.5。

A. muciniphila 在健康成年人肠道中占细菌总数 3%–5%，其丰度与结肠炎、II 型糖尿病、肥胖、动脉粥样硬化等疾病呈负相关，可改善脂代谢、调节免疫、改善肠道屏障、预防酒精性肝病等，是极具应用潜力的候选益生菌。
